Room for rent in a large newly renovated apartment
When my boyfriend is on a foreign semester, I'm looking for a roomie to move in from February / March to July / August (is quite flexible with the transfer times). The apartment is located in nørresundby at Kulturbroen, so it is about 20 min walk to aalborg city center, 5-10 min walk to nørresundby square and lots of shopping close by as well as bus stop 50 m from the apartment. It is a 4 bedroom apartment of 84 sqm including a south facing balcony. The whole apartment was renovated in 2017. The first pictures are of the room that will be rented out as it seems right now. The room can be either partially furnished or empty (up to the tenant). The rent is NOK 3700 including electricity, water, heating, internet and housing support. Preferably, a student is looking for housing support. A little about me: I'm a 22-year-old girl, who read English daily at Aalborg University. I am really fond of music and spend most of my free time having fun with friends. I am a very outgoing person and hope to find someone who wants to be social, but of course also respects a closed door and privacy once in a while. Finally write if you have any questions
