Renting a room in my 3 bedroom apartment located on Ry water mill of 110 sqm2 overlooking Gudenåen from the living room. There is also access to the newly laid wooden deck from the living room with the possibility of kayaking rowing and bathing directly. 2 min walk from Ry Railway Station. Trains run to Århus H in 25 min. There are trains running every half hour. I am socially established and a positive person who cares and uses the area and nature a lot. I enjoy good food, football, music, intelligent conversations, traveling and also a cafe / bar trip in Aarhus again and again. I am social and hope you will be with me. However, I expect privacy when I express this as I work many hours in everyday life :) Rent includes water, heating and internet.
