Room for rent in an apartment in Frederiksberg
ROOM AT FREDERIKSBERG RENTALS! Hi! I am looking for a tenant from 1 August 2017 to a room in Frederiksberg. The apartment is on Nordre Fasanvej (close to public transport - just 4a, which runs directly to Fasanvej st and Nørrebro st, near CBS and close to inner city) The apartment is a 2 bedroom of approx. 54 m2. The room that is rented is at approx. 12 m2 (though with two sloping walls as the apartment is on the 5th floor - ie no overboat). The apartment was recently renovated for approx. 7 years ago. The rent is set at 4300, - and covers: - Water - Electricity - Heating - Internet - TV I am looking for a female roomate who is either studying or possibly studying. Have a sabbatical year. Or maybe. One is on exchange. The apartment is a 2 bedroom, as described above, so the room is not suitable for the wild parties. Of course, guests are allowed, but it is limited how many people can squeeze in on 12 m2. Has set the rental period to 12 months - and then it is possible to extend.
