Room for rent in a nice and newly built apartment
Hi there! I hereby rent two rooms in a three-room apartment of 111m2 from 1 February. The apartment is located on the Kranvejen in Odense C in a building that is only one year old. The apartment is on the first floor in a quiet and quiet neighborhood with scenic areas. There are also other students in the area. One room per person is rented. The rooms are each at about 9.5m2. In the apartment there is a nice kitchen, two bathrooms, a large living room, a nice balcony and separate locked bicycle shed. The rent for the whole apartment is NOK 9995 per month which we of course share in three. Consumption will be around 1400 kroner. Consumption covers water, heating, electricity, internet, television, insurance. We receive around 1000 kroner in housing support. The monthly rent with all inclusive will be around 3600-3700 kroner. Deposit is NOK 13,525. This includes deposit, first rent and keys. A little about myself: My name is Mikkel Hansen and I'm 21 years old. I am studying journalism at SDU. I am a quiet and calm west jewel that thrives best in clean surroundings. I do my best to create a good mood and I go into social. I'm fond of board games, cooking, movies, Friday's bays and a city tour from time to time. It would be nice if you would also contribute to any of the things :) I would like you to be non-smoker.
