I rent my room from September 13 to November 16 while I am exchanging. The room is fully furnished, but it is possible to bring any of its furniture such as bed, desk etc. The apartment is equipped with basement space so there is also the possibility to store furniture there. You will have to live with two other guys of 24 and 26 respectively (Jonas and Jacques) who are both in training. They are both very spacious, as well as respect a closed door. In the apartment there is high ceilings and where our differences are what brings us together. There is room to have dinner or drink a beer / wine together on our large balcony. About the apartment: The apartment is equipped with: - Washing machine - Dishwasher - Tumble dryer - Basement room - Internet - TV (Netflix, Viaplay, HBO, YouSee etc.) - Balcony (8 sqm) - Cpr registration - Then a bicycle is available, while staying here The apartment is close to: Rema is 100 m away Vestamager st. is 200 m away Fields is a short walk away Amagerfeled is a spit away Park and nature are also close by The best thing about this apartment is the view, where one overlooks Amagerfeled and on the other can enjoy the view of a good skyline, where a channel connects these contradictions. The apartment is 103 sqm2 (exclusive balcony) - There is a large kitchen-living room in the middle of the apartment where there is space to be itself. About you: There are no major requirements for you besides the obvious: - You are expected to respect the people you live with - It was actually just that: P I can be flexible in relation to moving in / out as well as security deposit.
