Room rented in cozy apartment in Aarhus C
Hi out there :-) As my roomie moves with another friend, I am therefore with a vacant room in my apartment at Finderupvej in Aarhus C from 1/7/2019. The apartment is a 71 sqm two bedroom home on the 1st floor, and you will get a room of approx. 12 sqm with a large window section with a look out to our fine, green courtyard area. Then you also have access to a common area with a large entrance hall, which is connected with a nice kitchen, where there is a dishwasher (yes!), And a fine bathroom, where there is a washing machine and dryer (double-yes!). In addition, there is a cellar room for storage which we share. The residence is located right at the intersection of Silkeborgvej and Vestre Ringgade, but is shielded from the noise. So you are close to the city center and have bus connections right outside the door, but can also with a fresh walk get out to the Brabrand lakes, if that's what you feel like. And then there is of course just a quick bike ride to the university. The rent is 4,400 plus advance payments for water, heating, electricity, internet and home insurance. A little about me: My name is Caroline, I am 24 years old and am just about to finish my sixth semester of my bachelor's degree in Literary History at Aarhus University, where I have had a choice in International Communication in English last year so now I am ready to get back to my main subject on the candidate. I read all the novels I can get my hands on and see more stupid series than I should. I would often rather take a glass of wine and watch a good movie with my friends than walking in the city, so there should be room for a good game of coziness in our home. A little about you: You must be a student so we can get housing support just to take the top of the rent. You have to be non-smoker and help to swing a little with a vacuum cleaner from time to time, but besides that I do not have the big demands. I am looking for someone who wants to create a cozy home together. A closed door must be able to be respected, but it could also be nice if you wanted to cook together or take a cup of tea or a glass of wine together for some series once in a while.
