Room is rented in the heart of Aarhus
Nice room in Carl Bloch's Gade for rent. The room is 14,7 m2 and is part of a 3-room apartment, located on the 4th floor. In the room there is a nice large built-in closet along the one wall, and on the opposite side there is a large window with a patio view. The room has access to the entrance hall, shared nice newly fitted kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. In the basement you have the opportunity to wash clothes for a small amount. I am looking for a sweet roomie or commuter who is quiet and calm. It's only a big plus if we both appreciate saying "Good morning and goodnight" and a little social gathering every now and then. But you should not mind turning the vacuum cleaner, because a clean and tidy home means a lot to me. The rent is at 4,500kr. per month including aconto water and heat, license, between TV package and internet. In addition, electricity is paid every quarter. Upon occupancy, a deposit of 3x rent and one month's prepaid rent is payable :-) You will have to share the apartment with me. I am a 25 year old girl, born and raised in Aarhus. I graduated this summer with a bachelor and graduate in Education, and looking for job opportunities in Aarhus or driving distance from Aarhus.
