Tenant is being searched for a room located at Dortheavej, Copenhagen NV. Bispebjerg st and Nørrebro st are within walking distance, buses close by, and facts are just down the corner. The apartment is a 3-room which is highly sought after on the market. It is a total of 98 sqm and has floor-to-ceiling windows, a balcony, a reasonable sized bathroom, once and a large kitchen room. All these facilities are available at an upcoming room. We are a girl and a boy, both of 21 years old, who live here in advance. We are both jumping to start our higher education, but at the moment we are both working. We are looking for a person (gender equally) of 20-25 years, non-smoking, who would like to be part of this amazing community. We are looking for a down-to-earth person who is flexible and will help with various common cleaning, shopping and general hygiene. We love spending time together in the big living room, but we also respect a closed door. And of course there is also a mood for a party and loud music every now and then. The rent is NOK 5000 per person. month, including a deposit of 10,000 (2 month rent), and all this includes electricity, water, heating and various internet, supplies and licenses. The rental period is based on 2 years, but with the option of extension. It is therefore an ideal place to live if you are going to study or do it in advance.
