Roomie is looking for an apartment in Risskov ?? When my current roomie unfortunately moves, I am looking for a new one to take over her room, in my 3 bedroom apartment in Risskov from 5/12. The apartment is 61 m2, and consists of a large kitchen with dining area, 2 almost equal rooms, bathroom and a large balcony with access from both rooms. The apartment has underfloor heating, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and then there is a small storage room with storage space, as well as common courtyard area and roof terrace ?? The apartment is located on Brassøvej in Risskov Engpark, with Rema 1000 just below the entrance, 6 km to the center and close to Riis forest and the beach. Buses leave almost right outside the door and the light rail 500 meters away. The room for rent is 10 m2 * monthly rent: 4316 kr including aconto - in addition there is electricity and internet. Housing allowance is possible * Occupancy price: 20,684, equivalent to 3 months rent in deposit, 1 month prepaid rent and first rent * Occupancy 5/12, but later can also be agreed A little about me: I am 22 years old and studying nursing at VIA in Aarhus N, and next to school I work at a nursing home.
