Roomie is being sought from 1 June. As our present roomie moves home due to an uncertain future, we therefore seek a new room for our 105 sqm apartment overlooking Risskov Bay. The apartment is located just outside Trøjborg in the newly built Risskovbryn, where the university park and the center are no further than a 10 minute bike ride. The apartment is equipped with both washing machine, tumble dryer and dish washer. The room we landlord is 8 sqm, where there is room for the bed, desk and shelves. There is a large living room with open kitchen, which is available for free. You will live with Asbjørn and Mathias, both of whom are engineering students. We are both very social and therefore also looking for a roomie that is socially established and will mainly spend their time in the company of us. Of course, we respect a closed door, but at the same time it is very open to guests. The rent will be 4,000 (including aconto water and heating) + consumption (internet and electricity).
