Room is rented from 1/7 2017 in a 2-bedroom college apartment
The apartment is centrally located on Nørrebro about 1 km from Fælledparken, 2.5 km from Nørreport st and about 100 m from public transport. The apartment is bright and friendly with southwest-facing windows and French balcony. We have to share kitchen, bathroom and a small storage room. There is a laundry basin attached. The apartment is managed by a college, and it is therefore a requirement that my new roommate is a student. As I'm soon graduated, I'm looking for a more permanent residence. Therefore, I would like to offer 3 months' rent. If my own home search expires, the time horizon of 3 months can be extended. It is best that my future roommate does not have allergies, as I often contact my parents' pets. Pictures and room goals will arrive soon!
