Room for rent, 500 meters from Lyngby station
NOTE! Photos are on the way I'm looking for a tenant for a 2-room apartment (shared) from the period 01/01-20 to 01/05/05 (4 months). It may be possible to extend the rental period by 15 days to 15/05-20. My former roommate is going to exchange why I now have a room to rent. The apartment is between 50-60 m2 and has a kitchen (with gas stove, dishwasher and washing machine), bathroom with plenty of space and a common hallway giving access to the two rooms. The apartment complex has access to a shared laundry / drying room and a bicycle cellar. Your room is approximately 15 m2, where there is room for miscellaneous. I make sure your room will be freshly painted upon moving in. The rent is 3600 all inclusive (water, heat, electricity and wifi) A little about me: I am 24 years old and study at the Police School in Brøndby. I'm away on weekdays between 7-16, and then I work a little on the weekends. I love to work out, watch football and browse the entire netflix;) I've always been comfortable with various roommates, and am ready to do joint eating or drinking a beer once in a while. My new roommate: I don't really have any requirements for my new roommate, but cleanliness doesn't hurt, of course. I just expect common sense and nice company
