Room for rent
We have been lucky to get a brand new 4-room apartment on Østre Stationsvej - why we are looking for a sweet roomie more. The apartment is 109 square meters: Contains 3 rooms, shared kitchen, living room and toilet with bath. The apartment also has 2 balconies and there is a lift in the hallway. Your room will be on 11 bright m2, with two large windows and a closet. In the apartment there is a new fridge, oven and even a dishwasher (juhu!), As well as an older washing machine. To the apartment there is also a storage room in the basement, and it is possible to drive a bike inside or rent a car park if desired. The rent is approx. 4000 pr. person / mother, with everything! That means; rent, water, heating, electricity, internet and tv. The deposit will be around 14.200 kr. The move will be on 1 May 2018. Since we have both lived out for a number of years, we mostly have the new apartment, but there will of course be room and opportunity for you to put your feelings on the apartment so you will feel as much at home as us. A little about us: We are two girlfriends, originally from Ærø, and we have lived together since the summer of 2017. We are fresh, outgoing and spend some time together, including the evening meal you want to eat with? At the same time, we understand a closed door, as well as having a bad day. We appreciate that you clean up yourself and help each other with practical things. We also enjoy a fun city trip every now and then, or just a cup of coffee and a piece of cake (or two). Anna: 22 years, reading to the occupational therapist on the 4th semester. In my spare time I work and train if I rarely get kicked off. I get up early and go to bed before the sun goes down in the weekdays, unless it's Friday, and I'm drinking tequila at LA bar. Josefine: 21 years, reading to physiotherapist on the 2nd semester. In my spare time I play soccer and hit the gym at 100 km / h. I eat more than average, laughing a lot, and can find more shoots than what is good. A little about you: - You are "at the start" of the 20s. - You've been living before! ;-) - You can clean up yourself and know how to handle a vacuum cleaner. - You are healthy and outgoing, like wine and coffee. "You want to be part of social life, with your two new roomies, and that we can go together for adventure in Odense city, make good food or watch a movie in the living room.
