Room for rent
I am looking for a new roomie, and therefore, furnish a room in my 58 square meter apartment on Laura Vej 5, 2nd th in Valby (Border to Frederiksberg). The room is 13 square meters, bright and freshly painted and includes the balcony. The room is not furnished. The apartment is a 2-room apartment (I live in the living room) where there is access to kitchen as well as toilet and bathroom. (see floor plan). The kitchen has a dishwasher. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from Valby Station, and shopping is at the same distance. The room is rented from 1 March 01 August with possible extension, which depends on whether my little brother moves to Copenhagen to study for summer, when he will take over the room. If he does not, there is a possibility for a longer extension if otherwise everything is as it should be. The rent is 4000 DKK incl. consumption internet, tv, electricity etc. (There is a possibility to apply for housing support that is not deducted from the price) There is no deposit, on the other hand, I have two requirements: 1. You are good at helping me clean up 2. You are not smoking
