A large room of 27 m2 (6,20m x 4,35m) is rented in a detached house in a quiet side street in the center of Amagerbrogade, from which there are good public transport (10 min to Amagerbro Metro St., 15 min by bus to Copenhagen Central Station and 20 min walk to Rådhuspladsen). The room will be partially furnished with bed, table, chairs, bookcase, dresser, room divider and lamps (some of the furniture can be removed if desired). The apartment is on 139 m2 + 6 m2 balcony and there will be shared access to a slightly older kitchen (with own fridge and access to shared kitchen utensils), a living room of approx. 17 m2, balcony, separate bathroom, toilet and washing machine. The property also contains a nice closed newly renovated sunny farm environment and shared laundry. In the other 2 rooms I live, Trine, 51 years old and educated social educator - and my 20-year-old daughter Cia, who has just finished as a student and who does not quite know what she's going for ... We are relatively quiet, stable And welcoming people, and looking for a similar type of tenant - preferably "a Danish speaking quiet student type" - and preferably for a longer period of time. We live totally separate lives, but want a tenant who can simultaneously fall in and be part of our "family-like relaxed and spacious atmosphere", as close living conditions almost require this? We reserve the right to choose among applicants, as the "chemistry between us" should preferably be good - as we think it is important to experience a certain match in the values and needs of the bidders. Rent 5.500kr with water, heating, electricity, internet and TV package. Deposit 11,000kr - and two months notice period.
