Room for rent!
Hi! Since our sweet roomie Louise moved out, looking Julie and I have a new tenant to our lovely apartment with occupancy 1/4. I am 23 years and going at Aarhus Business Academy where I study for the AP. I love to travel and have backpacket part around Asia, Australia and America, and in addition, I am pleased wine, board games and Netflix! Julie is 21 years old and also goes to the academy right next to where she reads a Finance Bachelor. She spends much of his spare time training and homework, but also enjoys hanging out with films, chips and cola in the evening! We are looking for a roommate who will appreciate a good sense of community in the apartment; help madhygge, drinking wine, or play games. We can, however, respect a closed door if you need alone time. It is a requirement that you clean up after yourself and make sure that the apartment is presentable and that you think a little economic / sensible. About the apartment: It is a 4 bedroom nice apartment of 91 km, of which there are 3 bedrooms of about 9 km and a large kitchen / dining area with dishwasher. In addition there is a bathroom with laundry facilities .... And and and a great balcony overlooking the Aarhus! The apartment is on Søndervangs All in 8260 Viby - all right next Megasyd and Business Academy, and therefore will be optimal if you are a student there, but it is not a requirement. The practical: The room is about 9kvm and the rent is at 3385 (this is the rent, a / c heating and internet - housing benefit deprived). In addition, there will be bills for electricity and water, which will be shared equally between us all 3. Are you interested?
