Room landlord v. Harald Jensen Plads
I'm looking for a new roomie for an unlimited time per day. July 1, 2018. The room is approx. 15 sqm and is part of a 2-room apartment of 61 sqm with one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and dishwasher. In addition, there is bicycle parking, a depot and laundry in the basement. The apartment is located on De Mezas Road at Harald Jensens Plads. The monthly rent is 4570 DKK, which is incl. water, heat, electricity, internet, deposit and liability insurance, and license. This is without housing support, which can be expected to be approx. 500 kr. Deposit is 12,000 kr. You must share an apartment with the undersigned. I am 23 years old and start my candidate after the summer vacation. Besides, I work a part, coach and see with family and friends. I'm looking for a roomie that respects a closed door, but I also hope that once in a while we want to cook or drink a beer together. Gender is subordinate, but I hope you have tried to live out before? I myself are open, outgoing and good to clean, but on the other hand, very bad to buy toilet paper.
