Room for rent in Ceresbyen, Aarhus C!
I am looking for a roomie for my 3 bedroom apartment in Ceresbyen in Aarhus C pr. 01/11/2018. The rental period is unlimited. The apartment is a delicious 3 bedroom from 2015 with a living area of 63m2 on the 5th floor (but there is elevator, so do not worry). The apartment consists of a common area with kitchen / dining room, a large bathroom and two rooms. In addition, there is a small outdoor area / corridor which is shared with the neighboring apartment where a small table and a pair of garden chairs can be installed. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer in the apartment. Your room is about 11m2 with a fixed closet. Additionally, from my own room there is access to a balcony, which you of course also have the opportunity to use! The apartment is close to b.la. The Old Town, Railway Station, Aros, City Museum, Music House, Godsbanen, VIA University College and approx. 10 minute bike ride to Aarhus University. The rent will be DKK 4450.50 per month including heating aconto and antenna. Since it is possible to seek housing support, I wish you to be a student. Thus, the rent will actually be around DKK 3950.50 per month. In case of relocation, a 3 month prepaid rent of 13.020, - and a deposit of 13.020, is payable. A little about me: I am 21 years old and study Media Studies where I have just started in the 1st semester. I'm so little about getting a job at my leisure, and in my spare time I'm training and enjoying myself with my friends. I'm always fresh on a glass of wine, a beer, or a game of common cooking. In addition, I am a big fan of board games, TV shows, movies and other relaxing forms of enjoyment!
