I am looking for a roomie for my 3 bedroom apartment in Ceresbyen in Aarhus C pr. 01/10/2018. The rental period is unlimited. The apartment is a delicious 3-bedroom from 2015 with a living area of 63m2 on the 5th floor (only quiet building has elevator). The apartment consists of a common area with kitchen / dining room, a large bathroom and two rooms. In addition, there is a small outdoor area / balcony that is shared with the neighboring apartment, where there is also a small table and a couple of chairs. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer in the apartment. Your room is about 10m2 with its own balcony. The apartment is close to b.la. The Old Town, Railway Station, Aros, City Museum, Music House, Godsbanen, VIA University College and approx. 10 minute bike ride to Aarhus University. The rent will be DKK 4450.50 per month including heating aconto and antenna. As it is possible to seek housing support, it is assumed that you are a student. Therefore, the rent will be realistically around DKK 3950.50 per month. When moving in, 3 months' prepaid rent of 12,670, - and a deposit of 12,670, is payable. - About me: I am 24 years old and studying Global Business Engineering on the 3rd semester. I have a part-time job at Nespresso and work for VIA University College as a college ambassador. In my spare time I train and enjoy myself with my friends. I'm always fresh on a glass of wine.
