Hello, I rent a room in my apartment in Brøndby Strand. Info about the apartment: The apartment is 112 sqm. The apartment is about 5 min. from Brondby Strand station. It takes about 20 min. by train to get to Copenhagen Central Station. Shopping is also just 5 minutes. from the apartment of. The room is furnished with a bed and a dresser. The room is about 12 sqm. You can access the kitchen / dining room, OWN toilet and laundry. The only place you do not have to stay, is in the living room. The rent is 4000 DKK incl. water, heating, electricity, license, internet and kitchen use (wear). I expect: That you clean up after yourself, wash up after using various kitchen equipment, help in the apartment with cleaning / vacuuming is the cleanliness and welcoming. DO NOT wear shoes inside.
