July 1, in our 4-room apartment located on Refshaleøen (Margretheholmen). Overall, the apartment is 100 sqm with balcony, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, storage room and elevator. The living room is a large bright common area with open kitchen, the bathroom is large, new and delicious. The balcony is facing the sun and warm enough for use throughout most of the year. The building is 5 years old and made of concrete, so the apartment is quite soundproof. There is a bus going 2 min. from the apartment that runs to Christianshavn and you can reach Nørreport in 15 min if you take the metro. The area is very nice, especially if you are into something quiet and quiet; with nearby lakes + bathing opportunities, green areas, birds and trees it is only a little over 5 min to inner city by bike. In addition, it is close to fitness, Reffen, Amager Bakke, climbing and many other fun activities The room you come to rent is 8 sqm (see picture) with a rent of 4800kr incl. everything, and the possibility of housing support. The deposit is 20000 here, including one month's prepaid rent.
