Dear Housing Seeker. I rent a nice bright room in my lovely 3 bedroom apartment on Amager Strand. The apartment is newly built from 2017, it is bright and delicious and well decorated. All in hardware. The apartment is 200 m from the nearest metro and it takes 15 min to the city center. There are also shopping opportunities from Lidl, Kvickly and Facts within a radius of 200 m. There is a good gym and café Wulff & Konstali 100 m from the apartment. The beach is just 500 meters away. So EVERYTHING nearby for you as a commuter and quick and easy possibility of public transport. The room is furnished. Room cleaning and clean towels and bedding once a week are included in the rent. The rental period is 3 months. The room is available Monday - Friday every week. Please share the apartment with me and my 2 children as I have 7/7. There is a shared kitchen and shared bathroom. I am looking for a commuter who rents the room Monday to Friday. I am looking for a quiet tenant who also enjoys being clean and tidy.
