Room for rent per. 1/5 in NV Copenhagen
I have one room for rent per. 1/5 :) I am 27 years old and study everyday Creative Communications at the Media College. Mette who rents the second room is 22 years, works part-time and makes ceramics. The apartment is located on Bispevej in NV and is a 104 sqm brand new 4V with kitchen room and balcony. The rent is approx. 5000, - a month (the price varies a little, depending on what we get paid in housing support) Kitchen room and balcony are common areas, so you have to think that you also get it when you rent the room :) You must be able to lie 19.900 kr. upon moving in (1 month's prepaid rent (5000) and a deposit (14,900)).
