Room for rent in Vanløse
I rent a room in Vanløse. It's about 14 sqm large with attached balcony to the apartment. It is possible to rent the room either MADE or REMOVED. It's up to a self. The apartment is a 2 bedroom apartment shared with me. There is a short walk to the metro at Vanløse St and there is a bus near the residence. The rent is 4900kr a month. It covers rent, water / heating, electricity, internet, tv package (if you have TV). There is a laundry room in the basement. I am looking for a female roomie who is calm, will take good care of the apartment and do not have expectations for a party in the apartment every weekend. I'm looking for someone who is a participant in the cleaning and that is just sweet and open :-) I am 23 years old and have a fixed job so I go to work every day at 7.30 and come home again at 17.30. The room is rented from 1/10/18 to 1/2/19. It may be possible to move in before 1/10/19, but it is something that is agreed between each other. 1x rent, 1x prepaid rent and 2x deposit are payable upon occupancy. So in total, you have to pay 19600 kr, but the deposit will be refunded when you move out, so you will receive 9800 kr again if you have not broken the apartment (which, of course, you do not expect), so it should not be a problem :-) It is not possible to get registered address here.
