Room for rent in Vanløse
Hi :) The apartment is a high 2-room ground floor apartment of 67 sqm, where we will share bathroom and kitchen. The apartment is next to Bellahøjvej, but your room is facing a cozy little courtyard with lots of plants and morning sun. The room is about 14 sqm and the rent is approx. 4600kr / month. incl. water, heating, electricity and internet. There is also a washing machine for the apartment which is in the basement. Grøndal st. is 3 min by bike from the apartment, Vanløse st. Located 5 mins away by bike and shopping (Rema, net, irma, use) is 2 min away by bike. Bus 2A runs right in front of the door, and so do lines 10 and 13. I'm looking for a tenant (m / k) who has lived out before. You need to be cool with privacy, be able to swing a vacuum cleaner and would like to drink a glass of wine or a beer in the yard once in a while. I prefer that you can move around around 15 / 7-19. I am myself 28 years old, educated multimedia designer but currently working primarily with sales and customer service. I love netflix, restaurant visits, cinema and cats (my cat lives with my mother, just calm down). In addition, I have a large collection of gift wrap and gift ribbons, so if you need to pack a gift you just say :)
