Unfurnished room of 8-10 sqm. 600 meters from Valby Station. 4 bedroom apartment of which we will stay 3 persons. In addition to the room there is free use of the kitchen, bathroom and storage room in the basement. In the basement there is access to a bicycle cellar as well as the possibility to purchase car parking. The apartment has been newly renovated and built in May 2019 with new courtyard area and small restaurants on the ground floor. The apartment is 108 square meters divided into 3 rooms as well as a large kitchen family room with open living room. From the living room there is an exit to the balcony which faces the courtyard. There is an associated washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. We are two girls of 20 years who rent out the last room in the apartment. Caroline is in her student space while I expect to start study this summer.
