Room for rent in Sluseholmen
We are in two comrades who rent an unfurnished room in our apartment when our third roommate moves out here at the end of January. The address is Ben Websters Vej 90, st. It is located in Sluseholmen, Sydhavnen, 2 km from the nearest S-train station and by bus 5 minutes walk from the front door. It takes about 20 minutes to cycle into the center so you are never far away. There are also both Net and Irma nearby. The apartment is located in the living room, so it lies right down to the canal, where we have an associated timber fleet, which is super nice during the summer. In addition, we also have a small courtyard at the other end. The room is 10 m2, is located on the second floor of the apartment and faces the courtyard. As we live in Sluseholmen, it is a very quiet and quiet farm, so there are no problems with noise. The rent is 4800, - per month including everything. The deposit must be charged 13800, - this includes the last month's rent. We are basically open to all inquiries, but would prefer a tenant who is around the 20s, studying or wanting to start a study, but it is not a requirement at all. About us: Malte: 22 years old and studying political science at the University of Copenhagen, so I often have some task to write. I appreciate a beer / glass of wine / cup of coffee and a game something. Generally speaking, it's just nice to have a nice time, but as I live in the living room, it's also important for me to get my peace of mind reading and writing. I have a job at the side of the studies where I work in the evening / night often in everyday life, I try to be as quiet as possible when I get home. Emil: 22 years old and studying at UCC / KP, so, like Malte, I often also have a task or something to be done. And again like Malte I also appreciate a beer / glass of wine / a cup of coffee and games. I work at Gorm's pizza next to the studio, which is generally in the evening, but it also happens that I have morning guards. We both like watching a football match every now and then, but it's not a lot of stuff at home.
