Room for rent in Ørestaden! We are a small family moving into a brand new and large family townhouse in Ørestaden. The house is 125 sqm on three levels and we want to rent one of the rooms out to a young woman. You will rent one of the rooms on the 1st floor and also have your own bathroom located in the living room. In addition, there is a kitchen family room in the living room and our rooms on the 2nd floor. On the 1st floor there is a large living room which you can also use. There is a lovely enclosed yard where we have our own little terrace. In the house there is a washing column, washing machine, brand new kitchen and underfloor heating throughout the house. Your room is basically unfurnished, so you can add your own touch to the room. If you want a furnished room, we can also arrange this. A little about us: Our small family consists of Estefano of 29 who has his own security company and is a former officer, our son of 2.5 and myself who are 25 and work at a publishing house and I start my graduate at KUA after the summer holidays. We love spending time with family and friends, grilling in good weather, gaming evenings and a good glass of wine or a cold beer. We hope to find someone who is ready to live with a small family and both want to be social with us, but of course also respect the privacy of all of us. We have a car that you can borrow if you need it. No pets as Estefano is allergic. The area: The house is located on Robert Jacobsens Vej, a few minutes walk from Vestamager metro station. In 9 minutes you can be at KUA and in 15 minutes you can be at Nørreport st. Amager Common is right in the backyard and Fields is within walking distance. The practical: The monthly rent is DKK 7500 1 month prepaid rent. Occupancy is from 16/6 This rental includes: - Electricity, water and heating - Internet - Streaming services: Viaplay, HBO, Netflix, TV2Play - Household items (toilet paper, soap, etc.) - Food to a certain extent. You are welcome to dine with us in the evening and, as a starting point, there will always be food in the fridge that you can eat from. The rent is for 1 year with possibility of extension.
