As our current roommate has to move with his girlfriend, we are now looking for a new roommate to take over his room. You will be able to move in as early as mid-April, but other things can also be agreed. The apartment is brand new and was ready for occupancy in June 2019. This is a 99m2 apartment with 3 rooms respectively. 9, 11, and 11m2. You will get one of the rooms of 11m2. In the room there are 3 built-in cupboards, so there is plenty of room for storage. The apartment has a nice large south-facing balcony, large living room in connection with kitchen. There is a large bathroom as well as a smaller storage room. Furthermore, there is a dishwasher, washer and dryer! You will have free access to all these things as well as good company. You can get all the glory for just 3926, and it covers rent, consumption and internet. The apartment is just 400m from the sdu. 8min by bike to UCL. 50m to the Netto, and a small bike ride of 15min to the center. You will live with Emil and I (Malte) who are both 20 years old. Emil is going to study at sdu after the summer holidays, so time goes by with supplementation, training and fun. I (Malte) study biology in the second semester at sdu. I also love to cook which you will definitely enjoy too! We always enjoy a cold beer on the balcony, a good party every now and then, and otherwise just nice evenings. We also expect you to clean up after yourself in the common areas, but otherwise we won't take things too seriously.
