Room for rent in community in Frederiksberg
We are two girls seeking a new roomie for our common, cozy apartment in Frederiksberg, as our last roomie would like to move with his girlfriend. The room, which is vacant, is 9 sqm, and the rent is 3.500 DKK per month incl. water and heat. You also have full access to shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. In addition, there is a deposit of DKK 10,500 equal to 3 months' rent, which must be paid upon moving in. Occupation can be done already by April 1, 2019. The apartment is close to both Langgade st., Peter Bangs Vej st. and Ålholm st. and 6A runs right out the front door and there is also a short way to the Lindevang metro station. In terms of shopping opportunities, there is both a net and menu a stone's throw away. In addition, there is 5 min by bike to the Spinderiet in Valby, CBS and Frederiksbergcenter. You will stay with Cecilie, better known as Cille, for 21 years, living in the apartment's largest room. Cille works daily in Emmerys and plans to study this summer. There is no doubt that Cille has the very best Sunday evening with a good movie, a big cup of Chai latte and cosiness with his roomies. In addition, you will also stay with Anna for 20 years who live in the room next to the room you will be living in. Anna works daily at a special school and, like Cille, also plans to search in on study this summer. If you are the kind of little literature, it is a big hit for Anna, who definitely holds the largest (and only) book collection in the apartment. We are looking for someone who wants to make some food together occasionally, grab a beer over a good game or watch a good movie together! But of course we also respect a closed door, and that is also something we both need ourselves. And we'd rather have some of your cozy things in our shared living room and kitchen!
