Room for rent for 5 months
When I'm going to travel, I'm looking for a stable bearer to look after my room at the same time. The apartment is rented from 1 November 2018 to 31 March 2019. Thus 5 months. For rent only for women. The apartment is a two bedroom apartment of 62 sqm. The room rented out is approx. 10 sqm. The room is rented out the furniture or partially furnished, but we can talk about that. It is located just off Grøndal st. On the border with Frederiksberg. There are good connections to Copenhagen in the form of bus 2A, which runs 100m from the apartment. In addition, it is within easy walking distance of the S-train line F and the metro at Flintholm. Outside the apartment is a nice green area, and the grove park is within walking distance. The apartment includes a small cobwebs toilet and free-use kitchen. The apartment has to be shared with my roomie Laura from New Zealand, who regularly studies architecture at the University of Copenhagen. The rent is at 3900kr and it is inclusive of everything. A month's rent will be paid in the deposit.
