Room for rent for 12 months - In green surroundings and 25 min. From the inner city
Hi there! :) I'm looking for a new roommate when my current roommate for 2 years moves with his girlfriend. I live in a 3 bedroom apartment in Husum, where I have lived the last 7 years. I have for all the years rented one room and therefore also know what I'm looking for in my roommate. It must be one who is ripe and can figure out purely after oneself, one possessing characteristics like: respect, consideration and common sense. It can be interpreted a little differently, but since I'm not a person who goes to town and likes to come home and relax without having the apartment full of people, it's crucial to me that my tenant meets these: Not a "party-type" -not smokers-do not mind! -Not have visitors on time and expire. The rent is for 1 person and I am not interested in having to "live" 3 or more people, ergo, it is a room that is rented for a first person. Should you have a friend, friend or boyfriend visiting, Occasionally, this is, of course, okey, but HENSYN AND RESPECT (of course, both ways). Having said that, I'm otherwise a super cute girl, I work as an office student and rounds my 10th season as well as serving on Bakken. I love and exercise and run (fitnessworld is 5 min away). I like and be social, as well as I like and close the door and take care of myself. Such as joint dining, movie shelter, board games or walks around the bog, I see as a nice roommate thing, but not necessarily a must. SO! The rent is DKK 2750 and includes: rent, water, heating, license, TV, internet, use of the laundry in the basement and various household products (cleaning products, hand soap, toilet paper, etc.). The deposit is 2 month rent and is thus DKK 5500. The living room itself is not part of the common areas and there is also no possibility of storing things in the basement room. The apartment itself is in green areas, 5 min. Walk from utterslevmose, 5-15 min. Walking from public transport as; Husum st., Bus; 2a, 5a, 350s, 200s, 15 and 22. And various purchases like; Aldi, lidl, net, føtex, facts, 7/11 and super Best are also within the 5-15 min. Walkway. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (top).
