Room for rent
We are a family of 3, my girlfriend and I and our son who is just over 2. We rent out a room in our 4-room apartment. You must have a sense of order and help keep our shared home clean and cosy. The apartment is a high ground floor apartment located in a quiet area, with all imaginable shopping opportunities and public transport within walking distance. The room has access to our common hallway. It has light plank floors, high stucco on the ceiling, and a large window that provides plenty of light and looks out onto our shared courtyard. You will get the right to use a chest of drawers and some shelves that you can freely use. If you do not want the shelves, these can be removed. The common areas consist of a kitchen, hallway and toilet with a spacious shower and washing machine. The rent includes: - Electricity - A conto heating and water - Internet - Laundry - Shared household expenses - Access to locked bicycle cellar - Access to garden with home-grown vegetables and herbs. We are a small owner's association that takes it easy, helps each other and enjoys each other's company. We are often in the garden with a barbecue, bonfire or for a joint garden day, where we get ready for the summer and plant new ones and throw them out. You are always welcome to participate if you wish. Possible to borrow a sofa bed. The rental period can be extended.
