Room for rent
I rent a bright room at about 11-12 sqm in the north west. The room is not furnished, but there is a built-in closet. The downside of the room is that it looks out onto my balcony, but I try the most to use it when the tenant is not home. In addition, there is a little noise. In the rent, internet, electricity and heating are included. There is a laundry basement in the building, but it is paid in addition to the rent. The apartment is 67 sqm with a relatively large kitchen and bathroom. There are no common areas in addition to kitchen, bath and hallway, but it is possible to store 2-3 storage boxes with items in the basement. I seek a person who can respect both privacy and who wants to be social once in a while. It is also important that it is a person who takes part of the cleaning, which may take a little into consideration, as mentioned in the apartment. You must be non-smoking or smoking outside. I'm on an internal waiting list for other homes, so I can not say anything about how long you can stay. About myself: I am 34 years old and is a cand.mag in Spanish, but is currently teaching foreigners in Danish at a language school.
