Room for rent
Hello everyone seeking housing On February 1st, Mille, Emilie and I move into a beautiful 107 sqm newly renovated 4-room apartment in Valby, on the border with Frederiksberg and Vesterbro. The apartment is a stone's throw from the Søndermarken, Valby st., Shops and cozy cafes. The apartment is equipped with a new kitchen, new large bathroom, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The apartment also has a cozy and large yard. The room we rent is 8 sqm + associated closet in the hallway, and costs DKK 3500m. + DKK 500 in consumption (internet, electricity, water, heat and electricity incl.). The deposit consists of 2 months rent and 2 months prepaid rent (DKK 16,000). There is a move-in on March 1st. You will be staying with Mille, Emilie and Katrine who are 21-22 years old. Mille is studying Urban, Energy and Environmental Planning at AAU, Emilie is studying Bachelor of Social Sciences at RUC and Katrine is working as an educator and is studying for summer. We are all three quiet and calm girls who appreciate a cozy gaming evening as well as giving it gas in the city. We expect you to be between 20-25 years of age, are financially responsible, proper and reliable. We hope you will be part of our new and small community, but a closed door will also be respected.
