Room for rent
We (Michael and Ida) rent a large room in a 4th bedroom apartment. You will have the exclusive right to a bathroom and the possibility to use the kitchen, terrace, washer / dryer, and dishwasher. You will share the apartment with us and our two cats. We expect you to have a stable everyday life and income and have a calm feel. Since we rarely have a visit, we prefer that you have the same attitude and that any visitor is very much kept in the room. If you wish, we can furnish the room with a bed / sofa bed, a desk and a coffee table. There is indoor bicycle parking close to the apartment, and buses and s-trains to Copenhagen are within walking / cycling distance. Whether you smoke or not is subordinate, but there is no smoking inside. The rent is inclusive of consumption and internet etc. The rental period is basically until about the summer holidays. Michael studies at DTU as a software engineer, and Ida works as a 3D graphic artist. __________________________ We (Michael and Ida) are renting out a large room in our 4-room flat. If we rarely have visitors ourselves, we expect that you have the same attitude and that any visits for the most part is If you wish, we have the opportunity to furnish the room with a bed / sleeping couch, a desk, and a coffee table . There's space for bikes near the front by (indoors), and buses and trains towards Copenhagen can be found within walking / biking distance. Whether or not you smoke is of any consequence, but smoking indoors is not allowed. The listed rent includes utilities and internet etc. The rental period is appr. until summer vacation. Michael is currently studying at DTU as a software engineer, and Ida is working as a 3D artist.
