ENGLISH BELOW We have been fortunate enough to get hold of a delicious newly built 4-room apartment of 108 sqm in the residential building common ground in Ørestaden. The apartment has a balcony and contains (of course) a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. In addition, there is a nice common roof terrace with views of Kalvebod common and Copenhagen. NB. The room is unfurnished. The rent will be on the 5850, - incl. Everything. The room is available from the 1st of September and it is possible to see the apartment after August 16th. Whether you are a part-time or full-time student does not matter, as long as you are friendly, clean, open and want to be part of our small apartment. We are not a community / collective, so therefore there are no scheduled common days and we accept a closed door. That said, however, we would appreciate that you would like to take part in the apartment and the social. A little about us: We are two siblings Maria of 23 years and Marianne of 26. Maria is studying multimedia design at KEA and must from mid-August in internship. Marianne has just finished her master's degree in global studies and works full-time at Wonderful Copenhagen.
