Room for a couple in Kbh K in vegetarian community
My friend and I have been offered an apartment at Appleby's room, Copenhagen K. The apartment is a 5-bedroom 132 sqm with two bathrooms, one of which has a shower. The apartment is newly built and has a large living room with kitchen and living room as well as a large balcony. The apartment has a washing machine and dishwasher. Relocation is 01/12. The apartment has three smaller rooms and a large room of 16 sqm with fitted wardrobes. We may look for a couple (a single is also okay) to the big room. It will cost 7440 kr a month + A / C of 560 kroner a month - ie 4000 kroner including water and heat per person. We want a social housing community with space for communal eating and playgrounds, etc., and where a closed door is at the same time respected. The community is going to be vegetarian. The deposit is 3 months rent + 1 month's prepaid rent. This plus first month's rent (for December) must be paid no later than 01/11. You will of course get a lease contract before then.
