Room close to Bispebjerg hospital
I'm looking for a tenant per August 1st. The rent of 4000kr. Including DKK 500 for housekeeping and cleaning costs as well as internet, gas, water, heating and electricity. There is no TV package, as I stream television. It is possible to get, but it will cost approx. 350 kr more per month. Laundry is not included in the rent for the present there is a laundry basement in the property. The apartment is approx. 70 m2 and consists of 3 rooms. The current room will be partially furnished as there may have been a closet and a desk in there. In addition to the room, the common areas will include kitchen with space for four / five persons, and bathroom. It will be possible to have a bit of storage in the basement room. I'm not looking for something specific, but as I work full time in my daily life, it's not expected to be a party party. It will be possible to be registered at the address, as well as a mutual housing agreement, signed by both parties. I move myself into the apartment in mid-July, and therefore have no pictures of the room. Sorry.
