We are two guys looking for a third roomie for our 4-bedroom new building on Strandlodsvej, 2300 Copenhagen S. About the apartment: The apartment is at 111m2. We let the apartment's smallest room of about 10m2, which is the top right of the floor plan. The apartment has large common living / kitchen family room with washing machine and fridge freezer. The bathroom is also large and equipped with a washer and dryer. The apartment has a large shared balcony from the living room, which will be good for grilling and common things in the summer. Shopping opportunities, training center and the Øresund / Lergravsparken metro are all within 500-700 meters. A little about us - We are 26 & 27, and have known each other for 13 years. We work with accounting and software. In our spare time we play handball together and spend time with our common friends. Criteria for Applicant: Young social person between 22 and 27 years old, relatively clean, non-smoker, and must have an understanding of all time / a closed door when needed but at the same time be healthy in joining the social. We prefer that you at least be part-time students so that the economy is controlled. We move in the same day as you, 1/7, so the apartment is brand new and we want a future tenant to understand this when it comes to maintenance. Figures: Fixed monthly rent is 6000 SEK incl. aconto water, heating, electricity and internet.
