The apartment is a 3 bedroom apartment, which I myself live in one and a friend in the other. You will get the third room of about 10 cm ^ second The apartment is on the third floor. The apartment is newly renovated except toilet and bath separated. In the bathroom there is a washing machine for free use. We are two girls aged 21 and 20 years who know each other from high school, where we were finished in 2015. We are looking for a sweet roomie who are either studying or plan to do so this summer. We prefer a roomie aged 20-25 years. Since we both love both festive and home evenings, we are looking for someone who understands the balance between these and respect if some need to be up early. Since there is no dishwasher, it is very important that you manage to clean up after themselves, so it is clean and ready for use again. The rent is 2700 kr. Incl. water, heating, electricity and internet. Takeover is per. 01-03-2017. There must also be paid 2 months rent deposit.
