I rent a room of 17 m2 in my family-friendly apartment. The apartment is 85 square meters with its own toilet and a bathroom. The apartment is a 3 bedroom where one of the rooms is occupied by me and the other is used as a living room. The kitchen is part of the living / dining room, but is not a kitchen family room per se. The room is unfurnished. The floor is freshly laid parquet floor in the oak and the apartment was painted in summer. Among other things, new karma has also been made and new doors have been added. The apartment is located in an atrium but still gets daylight throughout the day. Noise from Vesterbrogade is therefore no problem either.
