Room on Trøjborg - rent abandoned with all incl.
Hello. My name is Nadja and I live in a 2 on Trøjborg and seeking a roommate for my second room. You: I'm looking for a roommate that I blades above a certain type and therefore holds talks so we can see each other a little depends. I prefer a female, even age end roommate. Age and employment without major importance, with that said, I have some basic expectations for a tenant. You should be able to figure out how to clean up after you and agree to share the duties. There are very sound in the building, so you should be able to respect this, for both my and the other resident's sake. You must have tried to stay out before, like the others, so you know a little about the issues that may arise and have experience of dealing with them constructively. The lease: The room has wooden floors and a large white cabinet for storing clothes, etc. (see photos). Besides the closet is the room is not furnished. The apartment has a nice kitchen with dishwasher (!), Stove, oven, freezer, and the other usual suspects. The bathroom is small but new. There is laundry room in the basement (10kr for about 2 wash). The rent I have given is the total rent with internet, water, heating and electricity - without housing subsidies. The increasing every November (around 80 kr) in accordance with my contract with the landlord. Me: Short for me, I'm social and outgoing, but also need to have the door closed from time to time. I dispels free time with friends, training, film, painting, drawing, books and computer / PS3 games. I left home when I was 19 years old and has since tried to stay even with boyfriend and roommates. I may need to read further in Kolding next year but plan to stay in Aarhus. The contract may therefore likely to be extended. I believe that it is important to find someone you have a good chemistry with and is roughly agree on things - with that said, made all roomie situations of compromise.
