Room on Østerbro until 31/12-17

Only DANISH applicants! And you do not want to read the entire ad before answering me :) Please include the following in your message: - a little info about your study / work - description of your hobbies - description of your daily routine - your phone number - good arguments for why It just has to be you :) There is a move soon so I have continuous shows. The rental period is until 31/12, and as I move this date, it is unfortunately excluded that the rent can be extended. The room is located in a three-room ground floor apartment of 90 sqm. The room is empty, approx. 12 sqm large and with window out to the street. The apartment also has a distribution hall with access to my room and the common areas living room, bathroom, kitchen and a small depot. The kitchen has a window to the yard and contains everything in white goods. The bathroom has a separate shower and sink with washing machine and tumble dryer. The apartment is 100% smoke free and it is not allowed to have animals. The pictures are from when I moved in, so there are a little more furniture at this time. But if you have a sofa or palm tree you're off, we can easily find room for it too. In the yard there are small green areas and there is room for a bicycle. About me: I usually work from 8-16 and spend time on a lot of interests such as photography / editing, fitness, reading (professional literature), greenpeace, cycling etc. I eat vegan so there are no animal products in the fridge. I'm also a big fan of cleaning and kitchen tables without mess :) About you: I really like that you are the least vegetarian. However, it is a requirement that you are Danish-speaking, non-smoker and have no animals with you. You clean up after yourself, for example. The kitchen is always clean and tidy. So, of course, it will also be nice if you are interested in being a little social in front of the television (I do not have anything - do you have ..?) Or in the kitchen and do not sit in the room with the door closed every day :) I'm not interested in a tenant who just sits in the room and lives his own life. There may be life in the apartment and I hope we can keep the doors open most of the time. Of course, there must also be room for privacy, but hopefully it will be more a friendship than just the tenant-landlord :)
