Hi, all the house seekers! : D We rent a small room in a 168 sqm2 apartment on Østerbro for an unlimited period. The apartment is a 6-room with five bedrooms, two bathrooms, two balconies, a large living room and kitchen. The apartment is located on Lyngbyvej between Ryparken and Vibenhus Runddel, and is located close to University Park and Fælledparken. The rent is 3,964 SEK and includes everything, ie. water, heating, broadband, tv and washing machine. Deposit: 21,892 kr, this covers 3 months prepaid rental + deposit. You will get the apartment's smallest but cheapest room of approx. 7 sqm2. As the room is small, there will be the possibility of having a wardrobe in the hallway. Note on the picture there is a 2 x 2 meter bed, which takes some space. A little about us: We are 4 roomies: Daniel, Michala, Anna and Ida, all of whom are students of. Pharmacy, Law, Medicine and Engineering. We are really excited about our small community and looking for someone who wants to get involved in social as much as us, but who still in the meantime can be in the room. Even though we all have a busy weekday, we prioritize common eating high. It's a nice tradition where we meet every Monday, and in turn make food for each other. In addition, we have regular cleaning services and pay great attention to the fact that the apartment is always clean and tidy. A little about you: We prefer you are students and between 22-27 years. Gender is not important, but you must be economically stable and it will be a big plus if you have lived before.
