Room on Østerbro
Hello out there! I'm moving into a nice apartment on Østerbro d. November 1st and would like to find a nice room for the same date! The room is 13 m2 and is part of a 56m2 overall apartment, located on the ground floor. The room is unfurnished and faces a pleasant courtyard. Therefore, you will not be affected by any. alarm from the otherwise relatively quiet street. The rent will be € 4500, incl. water and heating, internet and electricity bill every 3 months. Deposit will be on a one month rent. The rental period is at least 10 months with the option of extension. The apartment consists of 2 rooms as well as kitchen, bathroom and once with plenty of space for shoes and jackets. Unfortunately, there is no possibility of a larger dining table in the kitchen, but I am considering buying a smaller kitchen table that can stand along the wall, so that you will be able to eat there anyway. I am looking for a mature and responsible roomie, either a student or a full-time job and preferably between 22-25 years. Since I'm relatively clean, I'm looking for a roomie that also helps keep the apartment pretty nice and in good condition. However, I do not interfere with how you choose to keep your room :) In addition, I'm just looking for a nice roomie that might want to eat between meals and possibly. drink a beer or a glass of wine. However, with the opportunity to prioritize privacy as you like! I am 23 years old, studying at the University of Copenhagen and studying mathematics. In addition, I play beach volleyball 1-3 times a week and work as a Volleyball coach at KSI (University of Copenhagen Student Center). I am self-reliant, straightforward and otherwise just quiet and calm. As I do not move in before November 1st, you also have the opportunity to put your mark on the apartment.
