Room on Østerbro
Hello out there! We are a couple who rent a 9 square meter room on Østerbro just off Nordhavn station. (300m to s-train and bus, about 10-15 min by bike to inner city / KBH K). The lease starts on April 1st. The apartment is an older Østerbro apartment with wooden floors and stucco ceilings. There is also a large shared patio where you can grill and sit and enjoy the weather. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher for free use in the kitchen, as well as a smaller storage room. We are a Danish couple of 29 and 33, where one is student and works most weekends and the other is working full-time as a doctor. We typically get up early and are home again in the evening, where we appreciate spending time relaxing and kitchen projects. We are looking for a similar, mature M / K who wants to be part of our little home and will contribute to a good mood. You are either studying or working, are calm and sociable, and do not mind keeping a nice order in the common areas. The rent is inclusive of conto consumption (water, heating and electricity) as well as internet. The room is unfurnished and freshly painted upon taking over.
