Room on Østerbro
Hello out there! We are a couple who rent a 9 square meter room on Østerbro just off Nordhavn station. (300m to s-train and bus, about 10-15 min by bike to inner city / KBH K). The lease starts on December 16th. The apartment is an older Østerbro apartment with wooden floors and stucco ceilings. There is also a large shared patio. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and free-use dishwasher as well as a smaller storage room. Beside that we have a large common living room. We share the costs of cleaning, spices, etc. About us: We are a couple of 28 and 32 years old, one of whom is a student and the other is a doctor. We are looking for a similar, mature M / K who wants to be part of our little home and will contribute to a good mood. You are either studying or working, are calm and sociable, and do not mind keeping a nice order in the common areas. The rent is inclusive of conto consumption (water, heating and electricity) as well as internet. The room is unfurnished and freshly painted upon taking over.
