Room in Nørrebro close to the lakes
We are a couple of good friends, Adam and Camilla, on respectively. 37 and 28 years, seeking a third person for our small collective. 11 sqm room in 141 sqm apartment for rent. The apartment is located on the corner of Nørrebrogade and Fælledvej (not above the chassis). The apartment is newly renovated with dishwasher, washing / drying machine, and the rent is incl. A / C heat, A / C electricity, internet, license and home insurance, which is incl. travel and cancellation insurance. Unfortunately, we do not have any pictures of the apartment, since we will not even move in until May 1st, but the floor plan shows the apartment. The remaining pictures are from another apartment in the same entrance and it is in this style our apartment is too. The room has its own staircase from the courtyard. We are looking for a happy person who wants to be social too - even though we respect a closed door. You must be able to clean up after yourself, be able to speak openly and honestly about the housing situation and generally be nice easy-going and want to join a friendly collective.
