Room at Nore Bridge. You MUST be a student

I am renting a room in my studio apartment per day. 5 / 5-2020 and one year ahead. The room itself is large and bright on 18 sqm where the end wall is one large window and a French number. The room is rented unfurnished. Besides the room itself, you will of course have access to the rest of the apartment as well as common areas, ie. laundry room, bicycle chains, gym, reading room and possibility of renting party rooms. The rent will be around DKK 3000 excluding electricity, which is paid separately every quarter. In addition to our rooms, the apartment has an ugly kitchen, a bathroom with separate shower and a small storage room for storing sundries. I am currently working on my Biotechnology thesis at the University of Copenhagen. When I'm not busy in the studio or reading at home, I like to cook a lot of food (I'm a vegetarian but I have no requirement that you are too), go to yoga, socialize with friends and care a lot plants. I am looking for a reasonably sized roomie who is sweet and kind and of course easy to stay with ??. You don't have to be a cleaning freak but it is important to me that the cabin is neat and clean and that you especially clean after cooking. Furthermore, I would like to think that you have tried to live with others before. The housing association also has a few mandatory requirements: - You must be a student at the time of moving into an SU-eligible education. (PhD does not apply) BUT you may want to complete your education during the rental period. - The entire lease is TOTALLY smoke-free. - It is forbidden to have all kinds of pets. - You must have a valid home insurance policy. The deposit is DKK 8200 and there is no prepaid rent. I don't quite know how to hold conversations / shows in the first place, be it via Skype, Messenger or similar. Write a message where you write a little about yourself, what a typical everyday life looks like for you and what you think about living with another :).
